Ronda Tyler

Life Coach/Founder

Ronda is a Certified Professional Life Coach (CPC) and a Certified Disaster Recovery Coach (CDRC).  As the Founder of LOL, she is passionate about partnering with her clients to identify, strategize, and achieve their goals for living life on their terms.

Despite being middle-aged, Ronda’s life experiences equate to some who are much older. She has been married twice and has a son from the first marriage. In June 2011 her second husband passed as the result of suicide and 8 months later in February 2012 her sons father passed due to complications from a stroke. In the midst of these traumatic events (aka lemons), she was a caregiver for her father whose health was declining due to a rare diagnosis of Aplastic anemia; he passed in November 2014. In addition, she has buried 2 newborn infants (1 from each marriage).

Friends and family often express their admiration of how Ronda always manage to make “Lemonade Out of Lemons” despite life obstacles. In no way is she the intrusive type; yet her natural ability to process life obstacles in a raw and very realistic way is magnetic and draws people to her to discuss their obstacles confidentially.  In fact, for years many tried to persuade her to become a counselor so she could help more people.  However, Ronda pursued her own lemonade and chose a less formal approach by becoming a life coach.

In addition to her certifications from the Fowler International Academy of Professional Coaching, Ronda has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (Dallas Baptist University, 2000) and a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Leadership (Amberton University, 2003).

Ronda has practiced real estate since 2006 and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker.  She is the Broker/Owner of Key Dimensions Realty and Senior Partner/Managing Partner at M&A Crown Group. She is actively involved in the community serving as a board member/liaison of various profit and non-profit organizations and held an Adjunct Professor position at Dallas County College from August 2007 to August 2023.
