At LOL, the word lemon is used as a metaphor for anything you’re dealing with in life – voluntarily or involuntarily.
The word lemonade is used as a metaphor for your desired outcome for life, despite the lemon.
We know life comes with all types of lemons. Therefore, we’re committed to help you create all types of lemonade to achieve more balance in this journey called life.
Purpose
The purpose of LOL is to enable clients to:
- Gather the lemons that life has thrown at them.
- Identify/process the cause of each lemon.
- Identify/process short and long-term impacts of the lemons.
- Determine how to transform the lemons from being life obstacles into fresh lemonade to sip into a new and brighter future.
These steps are referred to as the “squeeze” of our work and speaks to our mantra:
“Is The Juice Really Worth The Squeeze”?

Create an environment for people to reset and strategize living life to their fullest potential – on their terms by helping them find the lessons in the lemons and create refreshing lemonades.
